1. Compensation

– Basic Pay: 250–350 RMB/hour (equivalent to 35–50 USD/hour).
– Semester Completion Bonus: 25–50 RMB/hour (equivalent to 3.5–7 USD/hour), awarded upon successful completion of the semester.

2. Class Settings

– Student Age: 7–15 years old.
– Class Size: 4–8 students.
– Class Schedule: Classes are usually held between 17:00 and 20:30 Beijing time on weekdays. Each class lasts 1.5 hours, with 2–3 classes per week.
– Teaching Materials: Custom-designed materials based on the REACH series (National Geographic), supplemented with various graded reading resources.

We highly value lesson preparation to ensure top-quality teaching. Teachers are encouraged to bring their unique and engaging teaching styles while following the school’s teaching framework.

3. Requirements

– Native English speaker only.
– Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
